Gear: Notable pieces I have for RDM are: Duelist's Chapeau, Jet Seraweels, Enfeebling Torque, Loqacious Earring, Penitent's Rope, Tamas Ring, Omega Ring, All the staves- HQ Ice. The rest of my gear is pretty basic, I idle in what little mp gear I have, cast MND based debuffs in MND/Enfeebling Gear, cast INT Based debuffs in INT gear. Obviously, there's always improvements to make. I may not have the gil to have all the greatest gear, but I know how to use what I have.

Notable pieces I have for THF are: Optical Hat, Walmart Turban, Brutal Earring, Dusk Feet and Gloves, Bravo's Subligar, Suppanomimi, Sirroco Kukri, Behemoth Knife +1 (no blau yet), ACP body with Acc +10 and Dual Wield +3, Swift Belt, Amemet Mantle +1, Sniper's Rings x2. Working on getting a Bomb Core. I don't have TH4 yet, but hopefully will within the coming months. No Hecatomb or Homam, and as such my ws gear isn't as good as my TP gear, but it's not horrible. I also have Peacock Amulet and Trotter Boots. And yes, those are the r/e verions, I camp any NMs I can to save money on horribly expensive items.

Merits:

RDM: 5/5 Convert; 3/5 Ice Accuracy; 2/5 Wind Accuracy; 5/5 Phalanx II, 5/5 Slow II.
THF: 1/5 Triple Attack; 1/5 Feint. (Just got this to 75 so still working on merits.)
Others: 8/8 Enfeebling Magic, 8/8 Dagger, 4/4 Critical Hit.

Experience: I've killed all 5 Sky gods, know my way around the place pretty well. I've done just about every Limbus zone, only know a couple Apollyon runs by heart. I've killed Omega. I've killed Jailers of Fortitude, Faith and Temperence and Ix'DRK, haven't done any T2+ Sea gods. I have the wins in every dynamis except for Xarcabard, Valkurm, Buburimu and Tavnazia. I've done a couple T3 ZNMs, nothing big though. Also done a few SCNMs. I've also done Einherjar and beaten Odin before.

CoP mission status: Completed.

Other current linkshells and their focus:

FaithoftheFallen: My Dynamis LS, I attend runs with them on Tuesday and Saturday at 5 PM PST, moreso on Saturday, I can't make too many of their Tuesday runs.

NumberoftheBeast: My Einherjar LS, we do runs on Monday and Thursday at 9:30-10 PM PST.

Previous linkshells: JAW: Was with them briefly a long long time ago, left cause I couldn't work with raid times.
CosmicUltimatum: The pre-TwilightKnights ls, left them because my friends left and the leader ditched the shell with the 15mil bank. Didn't rejoin the second shell because the reasons I had joined it in the first place were gone.
xAftermathx/Diminished: I just left these guys, when I joined Aftermath the raid times were perfect for me, much like yours. Then they merged with Diminished and kept Diminished's raid times... which were less than desirable to me according to my schedule. After much frustration and tension between me and leaders over said raid times and other mitigating factors (some of the members were just downright stupid.) I left.

Ventrilo access: Sure, maybe not all the time but most.

Playtime: On the days I don't work, pretty much all day. On the days I work in the mornings, I'll be on after 12-3 PM PST. On the days I work nights I can be on until about 5-6 PM PST, and then after about 4 hours I get back, but then I usually do Salvage. I work nights on an alternating schedule. This week I work nights Tuesday and Friday or Sunday, next week I work Monday and Wednesday, rinse and repeat. I usually work mornings on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 2 of those days are basically from 9AM-3PM PST, and the rest are 9AM-12AM. That being said, if you guys actually start when Raij has been telling me you guys start, I can at least show up for a good chunk of the run every time, the majority of the time being able to stay for all of it. Other times I may have to leave during the run. I'll be able to make it to and stay for all of the limbus runs if you guys start on the time Raij claims, which he said was usually 3-4 PM PST.

Anywho, I've already been pearled but Klonen told me to go ahead and post this up. I'll introduce myself tomorrow. I hope this shell works out cause finding a shell that actually works with my schedule is exasperating.
