Lotting System for Odin drops: tier-based according to how many Odins you've been to after putting your name on an item's list.
Example:
D.feet (lol)
tier 1: Jim
tier 2: Bob, John
tier 3: Sally
D.feet drop from Odin, and go to Jim. Bob and Sally were also at the fight, but John was not. New tiers would be:
tier 1: Bob
tier 2: John, Sally
Only people who were in attendance get moved up.
Now Frank joins the shell and wants to be added to the list for D.feet. He would be added as tier 3. When a person is added to the list for an item, they will be added to a new tier unless the last current tier only includes people who have been to 0 Odins. So if Dave joins before Frank has been to an Odin, and Dave also wants to lot D.feet, he would be included in tier 3 with Dave.
